There are lots of organizations right now lamenting their “diversity problem” and blaming their failure to recruit and retain talented individuals who represent a variety of cultures and perspectives on a “pipeline problem.” I can help you find the structural and/or institutional barriers that might be preventing diverse talent from finding and joining your organization and what steps you can take to not just clear those barriers but also to create a values-driven, inclusive, generative environment that allows the best version of inclusivity to take hold and thrive.

- Identify ways to strengthen relationships between partners and programs that are reciprocal
- Create coalitions and support groups that enable members, partners and clients to support each other and hold one another accountable for shared goals
- Work with fiscal partners/sponsors to identify and streamline ways to support programming
Operational
- Revenue forecasting and predictive analysis
- Providing oversight and/or leading major projects which inform growth and market strategies
- Translate business requirements into optimized, efficient solutions
- Define “value proposition” and set strategic direction, policies and priorities for project team(s)
- Configure, customize, and populate “Cloud”, on-premise, and/or hybrid ERP systems
- Develop and monitor organization/business performance metrics and reports for stakeholders at all levels of org hierarchy
- Comfortable serving as main point of contact for diverse internal and/or external operations teams
- Create and support “continuous quality improvement programs”
Team
- Create/foster Intentional, equity-first communities
- Collaboratively define and implement programmatic goals while assessing/building capacity
- Create, track and manage workflows and timelines
- Serve as first point of contact for resolution of and coaching in handling service/application issues and roadblocks

- Hire, train and manage resources – monitor allocation, and pro-actively manage performance

Where marginalized and/or disenfranchised people can heal, thrive, and lead in ways that are equitable, anti-racist, and trajectory-altering. I am constantly on the lookout for new and creative ways to accelerate opportunities for Black, Brown, and LGBTQ2S+ persons. I am especially good at assessing systems and identifying sustainable pathways that support and encourage inclusion and belonging.

Long before we lived in a culture of “white text on black backgrounds” – I was getting my doctorate in Educational Policy; studying organizational health and creating opportunities for individuals to work productively across initiatives; navigating complex interpersonal relationships, and channeling their authentic selves to accelerate personal and professional growth
