Cynthia’s leadership/commitment through various C-suite changeovers was impressive.

In my work, I leaned on Cynthia to support partner-sponsored events for our partner ecosystem. Additionally, Cynthia provided great thought-partnership for our organizational-defining strategy sessions. I couldn’t imagine anyone else to navigate the global/organizational challenges with, in 2020. I appreciate that she was always “member-first”.

In a large organization with many moving parts, it can be easy to feel overlooked or that the impact you have on a space has gone unnoticed. Not so with Cynthia; she saw us, our value, and where we fit into the larger picture. Cynthia made a seat for everyone at the table and, if there wasn’t one, she built you a chair.

Before Cynthia’s leadership, I was unfocused, someone with good customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and good at finding needles in haystacks. After working under Cynthia, I have a legitimate identity in the workforce, an understanding of my passions and abilities, confidence in my strengths coupled with an awareness of where I need to grow.

Cynthia’s experience and knowledge about project, change and team management was essential in our CRM Salesforce implementation project.

I am grateful I had Cynthia as my partner in this project, and could not have made the system improvements and changes happen without her. Cynthia is a competent and compassionate manager and mentor.
